Empower Adults 50+

Get Back to Work & Out of Poverty

The COVID recession hit adults 50+, primarily Black and Hispanic Americans, the hardest. Three million were forced out of the labor force and ten million are living below the poverty line.

But these same individuals are overlooked by more than 90% of skill training and employment programs.

The Center for Workforce Inclusion is the only national nonprofit dedicated exclusively to empowering adults 50+ with future-facing skills and employment opportunities. We partner with employers, innovative skill trainers, and policy makers who share our vision of a world where everyone who wants a job, will have a path to employment. Join us and Donate Today.
